The role involves managing 30-50 calls daily, providing exceptional service and solutions.Your main responsibilities include:Customer Obsessed: Address inquiries about cards, including lost/replacement cards, balance transfers, and points.Keep It Simple: Use available resources to assist with digital banking questions.Move with Speed: Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.Own It: Educate customers and provide tailored solutions.Win Together: Collaborate with team members and stay updated on policies and procedures.This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanency, paying $35.86/hr plus super, working 37.5 hours/week on a rotating schedule between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.The role is based at NAB Knox Data Centre - 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South VIC.
