Role Summary
Your role as a Case Worker is to deliver the highest standard of support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma‑informed care framework.
You will deliver high‑quality, trauma‑informed case management services, working collaboratively with local services and stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
* Provide holistic support and referrals to clients
* Deliver education and group work
* Participate in team planning and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with standards and policies
About the Candidate
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma minimum in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
* Experience in casework or counselling roles with women, children, and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence
* Experience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitation
* Extensive experience working in a trauma‑informed, client‑centred way
* Current and valid Working with Children Check
* Current driver's licence

* Advanced risk assessment and case work skills related to Domestic and Family Violence

* Actively engages in clinical supervision and line management
