About the role
Adcore Australia is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join a dynamic, creative, and growing team. The Sales Manager shares the responsibility for developing and generating revenue-driving commercial opportunities across all peripheral revenue streams for the agency. The Sales Manager should be an experienced sales professional equipped with the industry knowledge and tenacity to hit the ground running and successfully sell the Adcore offering to new advertisers and clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage and expand our portfolio of business clients while proactively acquiring new customers.
* Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales life cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Initiate, schedule, and lead sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
* Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor regional sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Handle a busy schedule with multiple client meetings and maintain a high level of service under pressure.
* Represent the company at industry events, virtual summits, and networking opportunities.
* Work closely with other departments like marketing, account management and SDR teams to stay updated on the company's offerings and deliver relevant solutions to clients.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field – mandatory
* 4+ years of demonstrated experience in inside or outside sales, or other relevant roles
* Strong network of enterprise and mid-market contacts in the tech or digital services sector.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Tech savvy and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, or similar.
* Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Essential qualities include being a team player, a fervent passion for sales, and a strong desire to learn and ascend within the organisation
