About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Office Manager to join our HNE Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program team. This dynamic role provides critical coordination and administrative support across a wide range of stakeholders and project activities, helping to drive impactful health service reforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HNE SDPR team, including the Director, Medical Lead, Allied Health Lead, Nursing Lead, Training Lead, and Change Lead.
* Assist the Infrastructure Manager with procurement processes and documentation.
* Support roster planning and coordination.
* Organise and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
* Plan, manage, and deliver coordination of high-quality events, workshops, and team activities.
* Act as secretariat for Local Health District (LHD) Steering Committees and Working Groups – including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
* Collate and curate project documentation including status reports, issue registers, and risk registers.

About You
You are an experienced in office manager program support professional with excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven experience in providing program or executive-level administrative support.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. and project management tools.
* Experience in organising travel, meetings, and events.
* Ability to manage procurement and rostering processes.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting.
Experience working in health or government sectors (desirable).
