Permanent, Full-time position based in Parkdale. This Customer Service Officer role puts you at the heart of our service delivery, empowering you to help customers achieve their banking goals through transactions, digital support, and tailored product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Explore customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve financial goals and collaborate with branch specialists.
- Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
- Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, inquiries, and paperwork while maintaining risk controls.
- Engage in ongoing learning with on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
- Build connections with customers and the community, supporting local initiatives and small businesses.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to meet targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Willingness to understand and communicate what makes the bank different
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
- Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential
