Maximise Physiotherapy Clinic is growing, and we’re seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Palmerston. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, we offer a structured career progression pathway, mentoring from APA Titled Physiotherapists, and financial support for further study, including Post-graduate Masters programs.
Our diverse caseload includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, occupational health, and a growing NDIS & neurological physiotherapy division—giving you the chance to develop a broad skillset or specialise in your area of interest.

About Us
We are a well-established physiotherapy provider in the greater Darwin area, focusing on functional rehabilitation, sports, and neurological physiotherapy. We have the following:
A massive in-house rehab gym - with two (soon to be 3) dedicated rehabilitation areas
Solid clinical team – 15 physiotherapists, including 2 APA Titled Pain Physiotherapists & 2 APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists
Opportunities for Career progression – Pathways from Junior to Senior to APA Titled Physiotherapist
Invested in your development – CPD, weekly mentoring, external course subsidies, and further training
Supportive admin team – Our dedicated reception and admin staff handle all non-clinical tasks, so you can focus entirely on patient care

Junior Physiotherapist – Build your foundations with weekly mentoring & CPD
Senior Physiotherapist – Leadership, mentoring junior staff & specialty training
APA Titled Physiotherapist – We subsidies further study (e.g., Musculoskeletal or Sports Masters programs)
We currently have two physiotherapists completing their Post-graduate Sports Masters, and we actively support those pursuing APA Titling, postgraduate study, or specialization.
Our CPD & Mentoring Program
We invest heavily in continuing education, offering:
Weekly / Fortnightly 1:1 mentoring & case reviews with APA Titled Physios
Weekly group mentoring, lectures & practical workshops (approx. 1-2 hours) led by APA Titled Physios
Full funding for select external CPD courses
Diverse Caseload – Musculoskeletal, Sports & Expanding NDIS/Neuro Physiotherapy
Our clinic offers opportunities for you to expand or specialize your caseload across:
Musculoskeletal & sports rehab – Work with private clients & sporting teams
NDIS & neurological physiotherapy – Help clients with neurological conditions in our expanding neuro-physio program
Occupational health & workplace rehab – Work with local businesses & workers
Remuneration & Benefits
$130,000 - $170,000 remuneration package - Including base salary + commission
$3,500 relocation grant for eligible candidates
