About the role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Site Foreman to join our team and lead high-end residential builds across Sydney, with a focus on the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches (live job in Rosebery currently). As a site foreman, you'll be the backbone of daily site operations - overseeing trades, maintaining timelines, and ensuring a safe and productive site.
You'll play a key role in upholding Hatch's high standards and ensuring every project runs smoothly from conception to handover. If you're a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
In a typical week, you'll:
* Manage site trades and labour
* Schedule and coordinate day-to-day tasks
* Ensure builds are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
* Ensure compliance and onsite WHS regulations are always followed
* Liaise between project managers, suppliers and clients
To thrive in this role, you'll need to:
* Be highly organised with a problem-solving attitude
* Be a clear and confident communicator and leader
* Can read and interpret plans and trade documentation
* Be passionate about residential building
* Be Carpentry trade qualified, Cert 3
* Have a minimum of 7 years' experience working in residential building
