Job Description
In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Own key FP&A; cycles including month-end close, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-term strategic planning
- Deliver financial analysis across operating costs and commercial spend
- Prepare and present periodic reporting packs, forecast decks, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and influence P&L; outcomes
- Support implementation of recent tools and processes aligned with global finance standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A; Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Previous experience in an FP&A; function in the Manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales & Operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
