Overview
Our client, a dynamic and fast growing Food & Beverage business, is seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer with Web Experience to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who can translate brand strategy into visually engaging assets across digital, print, packaging, point of sale, and web platforms.
This is a unique shared role, with 50% dedicated to FMCG Food & Beverage design and 50% supporting the wider business through web design within the Operations team. You will play a key role in delivering high quality creative that supports campaigns, product launches, and ongoing digital and brand activity. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Provide input on creative processes and contribute to continuous improvement of visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Food & Beverage (FMCG) - 50%: Design creative assets across digital, social media, web, print, and POS to elevate brand presence
* Support New Product Development (NPD) through packaging design, launch materials, and visual concepts
* Develop, adapt, and produce content for social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels
* Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns and promotions
Web & Operations - 50%
* Design, update, and maintain websites across the broader business
* Create user-friendly, visually engaging web interfaces (UI/UX)
* Work with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective web solutions
* Ensure all websites are responsive, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within FMCG or Food & Beverage
* Strong portfolio showcasing both brand and web design work
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Experience with web design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms
* Strong understanding of design for both digital and print formats
* Ability to translate briefs into clear, creative, and impactful solutions
* Exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative, proactive, and can-do attitude
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
