McMahon Services is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to join our Civil & Infrastructure team, supporting the delivery of a range of civil construction projects across South Australia.
This role suits operators who are safety-focused, adaptable and confident operating multiple plant types in fast-paced construction environments.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a variety of plant on civil construction sites, contributing to high-quality project delivery while adhering to WHSEQ requirements. The role may involve working away from home on regional projects, with appropriate allowances provided.
What You'll Do
* Operate plant including excavators, graders, loaders, rollers and haul trucks
* Support civil construction activities including bulk and detailed earthworks
* Work collaboratively with site teams to meet program and quality requirements
* Complete labouring tasks as required to support site operations
* Maintain plant in a safe, clean and serviceable condition
* Comply with WHS, environmental and quality standards at all times
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a ticketed Plant Operator
* Competencies across multiple plant types (excavator, grader, loader, roller, haul truck)
* Construction Industry White Card
* Current driver's licence
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team
What Will Set You Apart
* Experience using GPS machine control systems (desirable)
* Experience in road construction and bulk/detailed excavation works
* Senior First Aid certification (desirable)
* Willingness to work on regional projects as required
