Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.

- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
