Site Manager - Medium Density Builds - Lara
Your new companyOur client is an established developer / builder who has one of the most diverse project portfolios in the market. Working across both the wholesale and medium-density space, a significant pipeline of projects on the horizon has resulted in them needing the industries' best talent to assist in their delivery.
Your new roleSeveral upcoming Geelong / Western suburb-based sites are due to commence in February 2026. With these projects being of Medium Density and Childcare Centre in nature, there is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their talented construction team. Duties of this role will include
* Coordinate various trades and subcontractors to achieve an outcome
* Report to internal stakeholders and advise on site progression and outcomes
* Manage and implement safe work practices across multiple stages of construction.
* Complete building progress reports, QA inspections, conduct site inductions for contractors and liaise with building managers on key milestones.
What you'll need to succeed
* Trade base to call from is preferable but not essential.
* Proven experience in residential supervision is essential, with medium-density experience highly desired.
* Individuals with knowledge of construction reporting, planning and processes will look favourable
* Team focused with a high drive to succeed and progress in your career
* High verbal and written skills are needed for this role.
