Job Title: Care Operations Director
Job Description:
As a key member of our care team, you will oversee the delivery of clinical care to support 30 permanent residents and 30 transitional care clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure full compliance with the Transitional Care Program requirements and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation of effective care strategies to meet the needs of clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
* Manage financial operations to ensure budget compliance.
* Lead recruitment and staff development initiatives for a diverse team.
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure all staff members adhere to accreditation standards in aged care.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Service Manager in aged care or health services.
* Qualified and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Strong understanding of accreditation in aged care and federal/state aged care reforms.
* Proven track record in providing safe, high-quality care using a client-centred approach.
* Sound analytical skills to drive quality improvement.
