Technical Administrator (NDT) - Part time - Bibra Lake
Prepare and manage reports. Responsible for preparing, collating, and distributing technical NDT reports from Technicians; filing and maintaining the filing system; revising and archiving reports; operating as a professional client interface; performing general word processing as required; answering telephone calls or covering Reception as necessary.
Quality Management Responsibilities
- Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Applus Quality Management System.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the Quality Management System.
Safety & Environment Responsibilities
- Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Applus Health Safety and Environmental Management System, observing site‑specific and statutory requirements.
- Foster a positive attitude to safety and environment issues.
Knowledge and Skills
- Able to type and use relevant computer programs (e.g., MS Office).
- A sound understanding of the A+ Management Systems (Quality and HSE).
- A sound understanding of NATA requirements.
- Have an understanding of A+’s services.
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.
- Willingness to contribute to completion of task requirements.
- Ability to work as a team member and be customer/client focused.
This position will be based out of Applus HQ in Bibra Lake. The required hours are Monday‑Friday on a 20‑hour week (flexible on days worked). Applicants will need to be currently based in Perth. Please forward CVs to au.recruitment@applus.com .
