We’re looking for a Logistics Engineer – Improvement, Design and Implementation based in St Marys NSW to drive smarter, more efficient warehouse and logistics solutions across the APAC region.In this role, you’ll design and deliver innovative warehouse layouts, optimise transport flows and support implementation with local teams to boost capacity, cut costs, and enhance service. Build your future.What You’ll DoIdentify warehouse requirements and scope improvements, including racking layouts and profilesReview depot operations, develop improvement plans and lead them to completionCollect and analyse data to design space-optimised layouts based on demand profilesCreate part re-slotting files and support operational implementationLeverage WMS systems to identify and implement process improvementsBenchmark operations, design and implement cost-effective automation and material handling systemsDevelop block layouts and prepare Statements of Requirements (SOR) to start RFQs for agreed design and technical evaluation during RFQ and installationManage implementation plans and document redesigned operationsSupport supply chain optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesBuild KPIs and reporting for transport network cost and performance benchmarkingEnsure effective coordination across supply chain partners for smooth operationsMonitor transport KPIs (cost, OTIF/DIFOT) and support strategic planningAlign with cross-functional APAC teams and report on project statusLead and manage diverse projects, including acting as PMO when requiredEngage with warehouse teams to align on strategic outcomes and drive improvementsPerform ad hoc tasks as directed by managementAbout YouDegree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar field, master’s degree is highly regardedGreen Belt Six Sigma qualified, Black Belt Six Sigma is preferred3+ years in warehouse process improvement, analytics and WMS supportProven track record in warehouse/logistics operations and taking ownership of improvementsExperience in project management, warehouse design/build and WMS superuser implementations is desirableStrong communicator with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skillsHigh business acumen, integrity and creativitySharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with a drive to deliver resultsProficient in MS applications (e.g., Visio Professional, Access, PowerPoint/Word/Excel)Hands-on, independent, and self-motivatedWilling and able to travel frequently across the APAC regionFluency in a second language relevant to the APAC region is advantageousWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
