Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Job Description:
As an Early Childhood Educator at our centre, your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of every child. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs and interests of children.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the planning cycle, including observations, documentation, and evaluations that inform responsive programming.
* Identify and respond to additional needs or learning styles, working collaboratively with families and specialists if needed.
* Uphold a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for every child.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
* A current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* South Australia – Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA).
