Key Responsibilities:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

* Sales and Commercial Strategy:

o Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across various product lines.
* Solution Development and Delivery:
o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions aligned with client demands.
o Navigate and manage internal processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the ICT/telecom sector.
* Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
* Familiarity with Telstra International and InfraCo products, commercial processes, and service delivery is an advantage.
