Job Title: Business Development Manager


About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to nurture client relationships, deliver exceptional sales moments, and contribute to high-value sales solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Management:

o Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients to achieve mutual benefits.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

o Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

* Sales and Commercial Strategy:

o Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across various product lines.

* Solution Development and Delivery:

o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions aligned with client demands.

o Navigate and manage internal processes to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the ICT/telecom sector.

* Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering revenue growth.

* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.

* Familiarity with Telstra International and InfraCo products, commercial processes, and service delivery is an advantage.
