Opportunity
As Team Assistant, you'll provide high-level support across the Charter Hall office portfolio, coordinating reporting, operations and stakeholder engagement.
You Will
Coordinate reporting, documentation and portfolio data for Charter Hall assets
Support the FM Team with financial administration including invoicing, expense claims and purchase orders
Manage onboarding staff, training records, scheduling and team coordination across Queensland
Maintain essential supplies and support day-to-day operational readiness of multiple office locations
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, contractors and the client
Be the "Facilio Champion" for the team, supporting the team on a new system and be the first point of contact for queries for users including the FM team and vendors
About You
You're an organised, proactive administrator or executive assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Success In This Role Looks Like
Experience in administration, office support or executive assistance
Exposure to property, facilities, construction or professional services (advantageous)
Exceptional organisation, stakeholder communication and deadline management
A positive team mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
Potential to make this role your own. You may have an interest in Facilities Management or thrive in learning, problem solving and helping people.
