This is a permanent part-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Our Coordinators are responsible for overseeing daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program. They work with the Regional Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities include creating a positive relationship with families, local community groups, and contract partners. Managing a team of educators who support the Coordinator in operating a high-quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program is also a key aspect of this role.

To succeed in this role, applicants will need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA. A First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent), a valid Working with Children's Check – employee check, and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of employment are also required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
