**The Opportunity**:
Are you a detail-oriented finance enthusiast with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights? If so, join us as a Finance and Payroll Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in optimising our payroll and finance systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
In this dynamic newly created position, you will manage and enhance system integrations, configure payroll and general ledger systems, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from IT to People & Culture, driving process improvements and ensuring our payroll practices meet the highest standards. Your expertise will be key in identifying process improvements, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with diverse teams to uphold compliance and governance.

**About You**:
We are seeking a detailed orientated individual who:
- Has demonstrated experience in systems administration and configuration
- Possesses experience in development of dashboards/reporting and providing data analysis
- Is highly proficient in Excel, skills in Power BI would be highly desirable
- Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Holds demonstrated experience (minimum of 5 years) in accounting, with a focus on financial systems and technology
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce, a CPA/CA certification would be highly regarded
