Requirements:
* For Waitstaff:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a la carte service.
* Ability to carry 3 plates, perform tray drink service, and manage a 8-table section.
* For Bar Staff:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a barista or cocktail mixologist.
* Must be 18+ years of age.
* For All Positions:
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
* Immaculate grooming and presentation.
* Full/Flexible roster availability over 7 days (Lunch & Dinner).
* Must already reside locally with no working restrictions in Australia (no relocation applicants).
* Must reside within the Gold Coast region.
