A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to step up and join a powerhouse property management team, with full support from a Property Officer.
**The Position**
In the role of Property Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage a well maintained portfolio of residential properties close to the office
- Manage client relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Prepare for and attend Tribunals as required
- Maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease negotiations
**The Person**
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role essential - at least 2 years
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong work ethic and top-notch problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A strong knowledge of the Western Sydney marketplace and demographic would be preferred
