We are undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and are expanding to Brisbane with a Brand-New Fine Dining Restaurant opening inside of a Heritage listed building in the centre of Fortitude Valley.

**The Role**:
We are welcoming highly experienced Restaurant Supervisors to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.
We are looking forward to welcoming hospitality professionals on board that are motivated to bring knowledge, passion, and experience to this new venue. We are looking for individuals that are excited to learn and grow in our business.
- Previous experience working in fine dining or hatted restaurant.
- Ability to provide a unique customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do.
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Providing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your position.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
- Actively participate on recruitment and training of new staff.
