Showroom Consultant – Architectural Hardware Specialist

Circa Studio is an award‐winning architectural showroom showcasing premium timber, lining, acoustic and hardware solutions for residential and commercial projects. We're now seeking an Architectural Door Hardware Specialist to join our design‐focused team. If you have strong technical knowledge of door hardware and enjoy working with architects, designers, and builders, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a key member of the Circa Studio team, you will provide expert advice on door hardware products, guide clients through selections, and support projects from specification through to delivery. You will work closely with architects, designers, builders, and internal teams to ensure hardware solutions meet project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
What You'll Do
* Deliver a premium showroom experience with design‐led, technical guidance
* Conduct customer consultations and manage phone/email enquiries
* Interpret architectural drawings, door schedules, and specifications
* Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation timelines
* Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and Bowens stores
* Maintain showroom presentation, samples, and product displays
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Door Hardware Specialist, Estimator, or similar role
* Strong knowledge of door hardware products, commercial doors, and installation requirements
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent communication and customer‐service skills
* Highly organised, detail‐driven, and confident working to deadlines
* Comfortable liaising with architects, designers, builders, and sales teams
* Proactive, solutions‐focused, and a strong team player
* Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
