About the Role
As a Trainee Case Manager, you'll be supported through hands‑on training and mentoring to develop skills in managing workers' compensation claims.
You'll act as a key contact for injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers, helping to coordinate care and facilitate return‑to‑work plans.

What You'll Do Assist in managing workers' compensation claims from start to finish
Communicate effectively with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals
Support the coordination of medical and rehabilitation services
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Learn to navigate legal and medical frameworks related to workers' compensation Who You Are Experienced in customer service, medical administration, or insurance claims, OR a recent graduate in Law, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, or Psychology
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Eager to learn and develop your career in case management
Empathetic with a genuine interest in helping people recover and return to work
Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs
