Team Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team and provide leadership, supervision, and operational support to our Local Area Coordinators (LACs).
This is a key role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning.
* About the Role:
* Provide leadership and supervision to LACs
* Operational support to ensure efficient and high-quality services
* Collaborate with Regional Managers to drive service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience and Education:
* Proven experience in team leadership within the disability, aged care, or community services sectors
* Tertiary qualification in disability, community services, or a related field
* Key Skills:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and NDIS platforms
