About the role:
We're looking for a driven and people-first Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting Wagga Wagga store.
To be successful for this role, you will:
* Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs.
* Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
* Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.
* Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
* Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
* Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
