About the role
We're looking for a driven and people-first Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting Wagga Wagga store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs.
- Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
- Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrives on a mix of strategic management and hands‐on technical work.
- Is passionate about technology and customer satisfaction.
- Values adaptability, continuous learning, and achieving goals.
- Experience with device repairs, computers or other is highly desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing retail locations or teams in a fast-paced industry.
- Confident performing device repairs and supporting customers directly.
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Skilled at achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Able to inspire, train, and develop store leaders and team members.
- With a genuine passion for mobile and smart device technology.
