This is a Permanent Part‐time position – 4-5 day ongoing rosters available.
The roster is weekday preferred and will include Mondays and Tuesdays.
The lounges at both domestic and international airport terminals operate broadly from 3:30 am to 1:00 am. We are currently looking for new team members for our PM roster, with start times approximately 12–1 pm and finish around 9 am. Flexibility is required for flight schedule changes and disruptions.
Representing the Accor and Qantas brands with pride, as a member of our food and beverage team you will lead with energy, guest passion and service.
You will work across both domestic and international airport Qantas Lounges.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities include:
* Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction.
* Clearing tables and ensuring service trolleys with plates, cutlery, glassware, etc., are clean and tidy.
* Having an unbridled passion for food and sharing your food and travel stories with guests.
* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and farewelling guests warmly.
* Managing food and beverage trays, individual table service (no payments required in the lounge, all complimentary).
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
* Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service, A La carte service points also.
* Having proven barista and bar experience would be highly advantageous.
Qualifications
Ideally you are passionate about developing a long‐term career in the hotel, hospitality or tourism industry.
RSA Certificate is required.
Own car and current license is preferred.
