Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, growing revenue and sales, and ensuring the success of our portfolio.

* About the Role:
1. Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets to support the company's growth objectives.
2. Regularly engage with partners to expand our product portfolio and build strong, enduring relationships with both existing and new partners.
3. Effectively manage and nurture the relationship between Ingram Micro and DELL CSG in VIC, SA, WA & TAS.
4. Collaborate closely with the Vendor Manager to ensure the achievement of margin and revenue targets.
5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that sales revenue and profitability metrics are met.
6. Assist in executing quarterly marketing plans and work hand in hand with the Ingram Micro sales team to maximize brand visibility.
7. Collaborate with the Vendor Manager and support associates to ensure the continued success of the portfolio.
8. Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to help guide decision-making.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. A strong background in Channel Sales within End Client Products (DELL CSG, LENOVO IDG or HPI) is essential.
2. Extensive experience working with relevant Partners in Australia is required.
3. Experience working in IT distribution is advantageous.
4. Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally, are necessary.
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
6. Previous experience in developing Sales and Territory plans, with the ability to present plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders, is preferred.
7. Strong analytical skills are a must.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting is required.
9. A track record of effectively managing a channel in highly competitive markets is desirable.
10. Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Marketing field are an advantage.
