In this exciting on-the-road role, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts across a vast territory from Cairns to Townsville and beyond.
You'll have the autonomy to execute strategic account plans, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while achieving key business objectives.Most of your time will be spent out in the field—visiting customers, influencing buying decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and developing growth plans.
You'll also take on responsibilities such as staff training, merchandising, managing sales budgets, and meeting KPIs, all while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys variety and challenge, and is eager to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.
Travel will be required, with the need to be away from home for up to three nights a fortnight (and up to three weeks during the initial training period).
