Program Overview
The Ambulatory Aged Care Program (AACP) includes the Transition Care Program (TCP), Restorative Care Program (REST), and GEM in The Home (GITH). These services aim to restore client health and wellbeing through a multidisciplinary, time-limited, goal-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
Deliver client-focused, efficient and effective physiotherapy services in predominantly home-based settings.
Provide regular PT interventions and tailor individualized, patient-centred interventions to optimise client outcomes.
Work independently as part of a multidisciplinary community-based team.
Participate in clinical supervision and education of Grade 1 PTs and students, and supervise and mentor Team Assistants.

Recruitment Bonus:
Eligible for an Allied Health recruitment bonus of up to $5,000, paid upon successful completion of six-month probation.
Permanent Relocation Support:
Intrastate (over 100 km) – up to $2,500
Interstate – up to $5,000
Overseas – up to $8,000
Accommodation Support:
Up to $350 per week for up to 10 weeks; or 10 weeks interim accommodation (if available)
