**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Contact Centre officer with high volume processing experience to join their team in Strathfield. This is an estimated 9month temporary assignments, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within a high volume contact centre, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to potential customers providing detailed information on a variety of courses whilst processing the admissions and transactions on behalf of the Sales Team.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Respond to customer enquiries in a high-volume call centre environment
- Deliver professional, high quality customer service
- Provide information on enrolment, courses and admissions
- Processing sales and transactions
- Updating and maintaining personal information into the database
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating partnerships and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with best practice, standards and legislation
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated experience working within a high volume contact centre environment
- Previous Sales experience highly advantageous
- Professional, resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM's
- Ability to work within a rapidly dynamic and changing fast paced environment
- Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or Medical exemption
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
