Driller's Offsiders WA - Entry Level Traineeships!
DDH1 Drilling Pty Ltd offers entry-level traineeships across Western Australia with FIFO from Perth.
Work Types: A mix of client site and exploration projects with caravan and camp site accommodation. Roster options include 2:1 or 4:2 (site & client dependent).
What We're Looking For
* Valid HR‐B driver's licence (unrestricted) or willingness to obtain prior to starting
* National Police Clearance within 12 months
* Pass pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (HLTAID009 & HLTAID011)
* FIFO from any capital city in Australia (induction in Perth)
* Physically fit with manual labour experience for 12‐hour shifts in remote, harsh conditions
* Safety‐focused, reliable, and strong team player
* Australian or New Zealand resident (due to government traineeship)
Duties of an Offsider
* Mobilise rig from one set‐up to another
* Handle core – remove from tube, place in core boxes and label
* Handle drilling rods and core tubes
* Mix drill fluid additives
* Clean equipment and keep work area clean
* Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
