– Australia's largest hop grower – and manage daily operations at our Bushy Park Estates farm, just 50 minutes from Hobart in the beautiful Derwent Valley.
Reporting to the GM Operations, the Farm Manager will oversee all aspects of hop cultivation, harvest, and maintenance to deliver outstanding yields, sustainability, and product quality.

What You'll Do:
* Lead a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WH&S, environmental and quality standards.
* Oversee daily operations, crop planning and hop production to achieve optimal results.
* Manage and mentor a skilled team of farmhands and maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors.
* Drive efficiency through smart farming practices, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
* Manage farm budgets, assets, and resources to deliver operational and financial performance.
* Foster collaboration and teamwork across all areas of the farm.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven agricultural or agronomy experience, ideally in large-scale or specialty crop production.
* Strong technical knowledge in soil management, pest control, irrigation, fertigation, and harvesting.
* Effective leadership and communication skills with experience in building, coaching, and motivating teams and managing stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen and experience managing operational budgets and resource plans.
* A proactive, innovative mindset with confidence using digital tools and smart farming technology.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable agricultural practices.
