We’re looking for a Design Team Leader to join our Mount Waverley showroom on an 18-month parental leave cover contract.
About the Role:
As a Design Team Leader, you will help lead a team of designers in our Mount Waverley showroom.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
o Overseeing the daily operations of our design showroom
o Facilitating one-on-one catch ups with team members
o Providing ongoing training and development to the team
o Coordinating monthly rostering & managing leave requests
o Assist in running monthly meetings including reporting
o Be the first point of escalation in the showroom.
This role is a full time, 18-month fixed term contract, working Monday to Friday.
About you:
Your passionate about leading people and have a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
Knowledge or a background in design or building and construction is also highly regarded but not essential.
You’re a team player who is invested in people’s development and providing the highest level of customer service to our customers.
