Essential HR is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy HR Administrator to join our supportive remote team.
In this fast-paced role, you will support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, providing end-to-end HR administration and compliance support. Every day will be varied, requiring solid attention to detail, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle.
Manage and maintain our clients HRIS system (Employment Hero) to ensure compliance, accurate records, and seamless processes.
Support clients with queries, troubleshooting and HR process guidance, ensuring a professional client experience.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, applicant management, interview coordination, reference checks and onboarding.
Prepare and review employment contracts, variation letters, policies, and compliance documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency.
Must have
HR or similar qualifications or working towards
Motivated and self-disciplined to work remotely
Strong administration and attention to detail skills
Superior skills in using SaaS and digital based technology to streamline processes, create efficiencies and provide client support
Strong desire to learn, develop and progress as a HR professional
