Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a highly experienced and motivated Senior Test Analyst.In this role, you will lead testing activities across system integration, applications and infrastructure in a Microsoft environment, with a strong focus on automation using TOSCA.
Working in an Agile project setting, you will collaborate with software development teams and user acceptance testers to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and manage quality assurance testing activities, providing clear recommendations on software quality.Deliver testing services including requirements analysis, test design, test execution and defect management.Conduct performance testing to assess responsiveness and system stability under workloads.Support a range of initiatives including data projects, service management platforms, cloud services and ad-hoc testing.Coordinate user acceptance testing in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.Key Experience and Skills3+ years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex IT environments.Proven expertise in structured and context-driven testing (system, integration, and regression).
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools to document cases, track execution and manage defects.Experience coordinating user acceptance testing.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience testing both applications and SOE infrastructure under limited supervision.How to ApplyIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact at one of Australia's most significant government agencies, we'd love to hear from you!
