Are you friendly, organised, and love helping people? We're looking for a welcoming face to join our physiotherapy/podiatry clinic as a Receptionist
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physio and Podiatry receptionist to join our friendly team at Dr7 Physiotherapy and Podiatry.
Available for morning/afternoon/evening shifts and able to cover sick and holiday periods. We require a candidate who can be flexible between the hours of 6:45 am - 7 pm, shifts are between 6 to 8 hours.
Experience as a medical receptionist would be preferred, as would familiarity with the PPMP program. Working Holiday visas will not be considered; you are required to be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing the phones and taking bookings
* Taking payment and rebate on the HICAPS machine
* Scanning
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
* Data entry and any other general duties as required
* Assist Physiotherapists/Podiatrists if required
You will possess a range of skills including:
* Excellent phone manner
* The ability to build rapport with patients
* High level of customer service
* Ability to take charge in an autonomous environment
* Knowledge of PPMP
* Demonstrate initiative
* Understanding of third‑party billing NDIS, (W/C, MVA & Insurance)
