McLean Farms is seeking a Water Labourer to assist in the operation and maintenance of essential water and wastewater systems. This hands-on role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with potential career progression into a Water Technician role.

What You’ll Do:
* Assist with the installation and maintenance of water pumping and storage systems.
* Support the operation of biosecurity vehicle wash stations and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
* Participate in preventative maintenance practices to ensure the efficiency of water infrastructure.
* Help manage wastewater facilities, including trade waste, RO reject water, and wash bay water.
* Maintain clear communication with management and stakeholders regarding water, wastewater, and environmental matters.
* Assist with record-keeping and compliance tasks to support operational efficiency.
* Work as part of a team to problem-solve and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
