Job PurposeAs Workshop Manager you are responsible for the successful functioning of the workshop process. The goal of the role is to ensure that equipment, that will be passed through the workshop is being repaired and/or remanufactured according to the applicable standards. You make sure that the assigned orders are properly planned and carried out to the quality and standards as set by the industry and/or company in a timely manner in the most efficient way, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring an outstanding level of service is provided in all your dealings with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.Job DescriptionPrepare quotations for Maintenance, Modification and Repair (MMR) workManage workshop and warehouse facility, tools, equipment, machinery and staffSupport the service department with costing infoFollow the performance of the department by defining KPI'sCreate work packages for the workshopMonitor and manage the departments cost center budgetManage AFE (Authorization for Expense) for departments investmentsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedure, rules and regulationsCreate NCR/FNCR's when necessary, improve on the awareness of detecting errorsFully comply with TechnipFMC's health and safety requirements, including reporting all incidents and hazardsContinuous optimization of the workshop process on quality, safety, professionalism, efficiencyDefine and execute improvement projects for your departmentExecute regular Toolbox MeetingsParticipate in the "duty program" of the company (after office hours on a rotational basis, as per schedule)You are meant for this job if:Mechanical Engineering MBO+/HBO (preferred, but not obligatory depending on experience).
