We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer with strong rostering and payroll experience to join our Residential Aged Care team on a Full-Time basis. The Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you’ll oversee key functions such as Payroll & Roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork. Key responsibilities include: Roster Coordination – Ensuring roster alignment to the master roster. Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions. Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies. Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail. Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities. Records management and document preparation.
