Job Description
We are seeking a recruitment professional to lead our end-to-end hiring processes. As Talent Acquisition Officer, you will work collaboratively with People and Culture colleagues to provide a seamless service to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing documentation to initiate recruitment and ensuring vacancies align with organisational charts.
* Consulting with hiring managers to ensure position descriptions are accurate and compliant with company templates.
* Composing advertisements and placing them in appropriate media within agreed timeframes.
* Developing behavioural based interview questions in liaison with hiring managers.
* Participating as a panel member in interviews and overseeing pre-employment assessments.
* Preparing employment offer letters, contracts of employment, and relevant new starter documentation.
* Ensuring recruiting managers are informed of progress on their recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary issues and practices in general Human Resources Management, particularly recruitment and selection.
* Sound knowledge of awards, agreements, legislation, regulations, and policies.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt the communication style to suit different audiences.
