Clinical Leadership Role
This is an excellent opportunity to lead and execute best practice clinical care processes and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the care coordinator to ensure optimum standards of care are delivered.
As a natural leader, you will need to have a collaborative approach and be able to delegate work to other senior clinical staff. You will be assisted by a strong structure and a dedicated quality, funding, operations team.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A registered nurse qualification (AHPRA registration).
* At least 3 years of experience as a care manager.
* Clinical leadership skills: experience in providing supervision, education, and training to nursing and care staff.
* Compliance and accreditation knowledge: understanding of legislative and statutory requirements, and experience in maintaining accreditation standards.
* Human resource management skills: ability to recruit, select, roster, and develop staff, as well as manage their performance.
* Funding optimisation expertise: experience in preparing and submitting accurate funding documentation.
* Strong communication skills: ability to adapt to diverse audiences and build strong relationships with residents and their families.
* Clinical training and coaching abilities: deliver training and professional development to enhance nursing and care staff skills and performance.
