Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and caring individual to ensure our buildings and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
This is a Permanent Part-time role that involves:
* Providing maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of Facility Managers.
* Monitoring effectiveness of completed work and reporting issues to Facility Managers.
* Monitoring and maintaining required levels of stores and supplies.
* Carrying out preventative maintenance programs as scheduled.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* A high attention to detail.
* Computer Competence.
* Experience in Report Writing.
* The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers.
* The ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously.
* Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs.
* A 'Test & Tag' Certificate is desirable but not essential.
* 'Working at Heights' Ticket and a previous background within a trade will be highly desirable but not essential.
