- You've had 4+yrs experience in an agency setting - preferably within Mining sector or have some experience/knowledge within this field
- You can work collaboratively within a dynamic team & lead from the front
- Strong ability to not only manage & develop a team, but to bill as well.
- You understand how to connect with top talent across across the region to best match clients' needs.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator - clear & efficient

- 4+ yrs recruitment experience in an agency environment
- People / team management experience - ability to lead & drive a team forward
- Credible manager who inspires the team to achieve
- Excellent communication skills
- 360 experience / exposure in dealing with clients
- Experience within any discipline across the Mining / Energy sector is a huge advantage
