Your role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and internal standards, all while maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the highest quality standards in the preparation of hire fleet assets, aligning with both customer specifications and internal requirements.Schedule and manage production and deliverables of buildings within agreed timeframes.Oversee the testing, checking, and preparation of ancillary equipment for re-hire.
Identify and conduct necessary repairs and retrofits, ensuring all assets are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing assets.Supervise, train, and motivate a small team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement and high performance.
Address employee relations matters, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Comply with all HSEQ guidelines, report incidents or hazards, and ensure that all operations adhere to safety and environmental standards.Manage resources efficiently to meet business objectives, ensuring that operations remain within budgetary constraints, including supplier and contractor management.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company's values and standards.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Current Driver's LicenceComputer literacy in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating small teamsStrong planning and time management skillsCurrent Forklift (High Risk) LicenceAbility to safely use hand tools and perform maintenance tasksKnowledge of the modular building, construction, or resource industryTraining RequirementThe candidate must be prepared to travel to Townsville for an initial period of training of approximately 2 weeks, covered by Ausco.
