We're seeking a Risk Management Professional to drive our organisation's risk strategy and ensure effective management of risks and controls.
About the Role
This role will play a key part in developing and implementing our Risk Management Framework, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyse and evaluate risk exposures, collaborating with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
* Support ongoing risk management, tracking actions and addressing control deficiencies or inefficiencies.
* Provide regular assurance over key controls, assessing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives promoting a proactive risk culture.
* Assist in maintaining relevant policies and procedures, as well as the risk management information system.
* Collaborate on internal audit reviews and monitor status of audit findings.
* Deliver risk management support, training and education across the business.
* Support preparation and contribute to relevant reporting for leadership teams and audit committees.
What We're Looking For In You
* Strong communication skills, engaging and influencing stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactively identifying and addressing risk.
* Proven experience in developing, implementing and continuously improving enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
* Experience in risk assessment, mitigation and remediation strategies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a risk-related role.
