Kmart Group are looking for a
Payroll Advisor - Contract Management
to join our People & Capability team and help us deliver accurate, compliant, and timely support to our store network.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and distributing contracts for weekly and monthly paid team members
* Approving and processing workflows/job requisitions in line with legislation and company requirements
* Providing managers with reports on contracts nearing completion and supporting role transfers or extensions
* Assisting the payroll team with queries, audits, and compliance reporting
* Investigating and resolving wage queries in a timely manner
* Collaborating with store management, employee relations, and advisory teams to troubleshoot issues
* Supporting workers compensation payments and leave requests
* Delivering accurate reporting and contributing to ad-hoc projects as required
To be successful in this role you'll have:
* 1–3 years' experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Administration
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC & ECP);
* A Certificate IV in Payroll/Recruitment/HR/Finance (preferred) or a High School Certificate (required)
* Understanding of compliance requirements and payroll/contract management regulations in the retail industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and correspondence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
* Integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of your work
