**Position Profile**:Under the direction of the Regional Manager, responsible for the joint operational management of Kimberley Mental Health & Drug Service (KMHDS) programs in conjunction with relevant Coordinators, Team Leaders and the Clinical Director. Manages the financial, physical and human resources and day to day operational requirements of the Kununurra and Halls Creek offices. Facilitates an advanced level of community mental health and alcohol and drug services based on best practice, including providing a service which is culturally secure and takes into account the emotional, social and spiritual well-being of Aboriginal clients.
