* Monitor food and beverage quality, identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

* Participate in menu development, pricing strategies and inventory management.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Café and Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
">
* Current NSW Liquor and Gaming Licence.
">
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
">
* Good English Communication Skills.
">
* Positive attitude, immaculate presentation and attention to detail.

* Sushi-making is an advantage.
